I’ve always loved the multiple uses of the word resolution, and find it a good fit for how I conceptualize ‘doing therapy’.

Therapy is both about working together to find resolutions to problems, concerns, issues which you haven’t been able to sort through on your own, as well as you as an individual making the resolution, the decision, to do the hard work to make desired changes. I wholeheartedly believe that in each moment we are all doing our best with the skills, resources, time, and knowledge we have available - and at the same time, we can all do better. Whether you are looking for brief solution-focused coaching to address a single issue, or you want to do a deep dive into patterns of thinking and behavior which are no longer serving you, I would be honored to work alongside you.
